Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit and debit card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet using our integrated, secure and encrypted Worldpay system.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will aim to send your order to you within 2 business days (most orders are sent within 1 business day) . International orders are generally received in under 7 days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

DAMAGED GOODS

If your goods are damaged upon arrival you must telephone +44 (0) 1253 890037 within 24 hours of receipt and ask for the returns department. You will be given a returns authorisation number (RAN) which must be clearly displayed on the outside of the consignment packaging. We will also issue you with further documentation to attached to the consignment. We will send in our own courier to collect the goods between 9am and 5pm, Mon to Fri.

Goods returned to us without a RAN will not be accepted and you will be liable for any costs incurred.

NO-QUIBBLE RETURNS POLICY

We also offer a 7 day no-quibble returns policy on all items. Items can be returned to us for credit if they meet the following criteria:

1. They are unused and are in the condition that they were originally supplied in (i.e. are able to be resold).
2. They are returned at your own cost, using your own courier, and securely packaged to ensure they are not damaged in transit.
3. You have obtained a returns authorisation number (RAN) by telephoning +44 (0)1253 890037 and asking for the returns department. The RAN must be clearly visible on the outside of the consignment packaging.

Items that are returned to us that were not supplied damaged / faulty will be subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the cost of each item returned. Therfore the amount refunded to your card will be less 10% of the cost of the returned items.

Goods returned to us without a RAN will not be accepted and you will be liable for any costs incurred.
